Join us for an exciting evening as we celebrate and support the work done by Angel Flight East to assist families obtain the best medical care by providing private air transportation from their homes to hospitals and clinics throughout the Northeast and beyond.
We will gather at the renowned Radice Restaurant, on Sunday, March 5th, in Blue Bell for a Game Dinner planned and presented by its owners Totò and Claire Schiavone. Meaning “root” in Italian, Radice (pronounced ra-DEE-chay) is an homage to Schiavone’s Calabrian birthplace, where his father gathered fresh food from the farm before it was cooked in a wood-burning oven. Totò began cooking with his family while growing up in Badolato. He expanded his skills after coming to the United States both as a chef and restaurant operator and owner. At Radice he brings together all of his ideas, skills and superb recipes to create a dining experience that is unique, delicious and shows his appreciation of locally sourced fresh ingredients.
